Shipping Policies
• Shoe Galley offers free initial shipping within the Continental United States. This does not include Alaska or Hawaii.

•Shoes are shipped UPS Ground and usually take 7 to 10 business days.

•Other shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Overnight: Flat rate $25.00 (Saturday delivery available)
2-Day: Flat rate $15.00 (Weekday delivery only)
3-Day: Flat rate $10.00 (Weekday delivery only)

•International customers as well as customers in Alaska and Hawaii are responsible for all shipping charges. International customers must be aware of all tariffs and duties in their countries.

•Orders placed on weekends will not be processed until the following business day.

•Shoe Galley will notify customers of any delay in shipping through email address provided on order.

•Please Note: Should you need to return or exchange an item, we do not refund shipping charges.
