Exchange Policy

•You must contact us for an EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. We can be reached at 978 741-1924 or shoegalley@aol.com.

•Exchanges may be made for different size or different color only.

•Exchanges for style must be treated as a new order. Please submit a new order and refer to our return policy.

•Exchanges must be received within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

•All shoes must be unworn and in they’re original packaging.

•All exchanges must be shipped insured.

•Customer is responsible for exact shipping charges for all exchanges.

•$20.00 fee for all unauthorized returns.
